High Temperature – HT 2 Hour Fire Rating »

The 2 hour fire rated HT system is manufactured with 316 grade stainless steel inner, with 25mm of rockwool insulation finished with a 304 grade stainless steel outer liner. The system is suitable for all fuels. The maximum flue gas temperature is up to 740 degrees C. The system is fully tested for stability and integrity for 2 hours.

High Temperature Plus – HT+ 4 Hour Fire Rating »

The 4 hour fire rated HT+ system is a class 1 chimney system manufactured using a 316 grade stainless steel 0.51mm fully welded inner, insulated with 25mm of rockwool insulation and finished with a 0.51mm outer liner. It has been BSRIA tested and complies fully with BS4543, parts 2 & 3. It holds a 4 hour fire rated certification BS476 tested for stability and integrity.

The HT and HT+ flue systems can also be powder coated externally to match the aesthetics of any building project. Any colours from the RAL or BS colour ranges can be used.

Pressurised System – PS ‘V’ band 4 hour fire rated »

The PS ‘V’ band system is constructed from 1mm 304 grade stainless steel inner liner, with a 0.71mm 304 outer casing as standard. The standard system comes with a 25mm air gap, however the system can accommodate up to 100mm of insulation. The system comes with a fire rating of 4 hours in accordance with the stability and integrity criteria of BS476. Standard inside diameters start at 152mm up to 762mm diameter.
