MID2012 »
The MID2012 is a ventilation and underfloor heating room controller that can effectively control up to 6 x 24v fully modulating actuators and either hard wired or solar boost fan units. These fans are controlled via modulating speed control as opposed to energy-consuming on/off fans and are linked to internal room condition requirements. The MID2012 is also capable of controlling underfloor heating, façade wall vents and openable windows via modulation (to minimise noise ingress from chain driven window actuators).
The MID2012 control unit is cost effective, communicates with BMS systems that incorporate MODbus RTU technology and is suitable for almost all building requirements.

MID-HDH »
The MID-HDH controller is specifically designed for underfloor heating and cooling applications where the same pipe work is used to supply hot water in winter and cold water in summer conditions. The controller maintains comfortable temperature levels by using return water temperature sensors and supports 0…10v, 3-point controlled, thermic PMW and on/off actuators.
The MID-HDH has an LED display, touch sensitive buttons and can be connected to any MODbus supported supervisory software system.

Midtherm WebBiter™ »
The Midtherm WebBiter is an embedded web server for ventilation & UFH management for small buildings. The WebBiter system utilises a web browser that provides remote internet access to system alarms, data logging and MODbus device management.
Other features include access to data and controller settings, natural ventilation & cooling and underfloor heating zone management, password restricted access of up to 32 MODbus enabled devices and a built-in 7 day scheduler for MODbus controllers.

Superior Design
All of our intelligent controls are designed in the U.K. by building controls specialists and manufactured and pre-configured in the E.U. to current controls standards. Their space saving, surface mounted 'snap-on' fascia plates have top and bottom ventilation slots to ensure accurate sensor readings and clear plastic, lockable, anti-vandal, impact-resistant sensor covers are available on request.Ease of Use
They are designed to be easy to use by all building occupants with minimal training required.Data Management
The control software is writable via MODbus RTU to the main register. Our controllers include internet and touch screen front end management systems for small/medium/large building applications and allow for internet access by clients to manage data, change parameters/set points, time/zone control, manage holiday settings and on/off times.Wiring
Our energy-saving 24v power supplies are used in all room controllers and actuators. Wiring centres come complete with all the necessary wiring connections and power supplies for 1-6 actuators (all mounted within IP54 rated enclosures).Further Enhancements
Additional front end modules can be installed for other applications such as access control, lifts and escalators, boiler controls and other HVAC related controls requirements.
